- Get a theme – If you’re on WordPress, you can choose a website theme. This is essentially a design with al the elements in place, you just have to add the content. You can then get the site tweaked by programmers if you need to, rather than paying out for a completely new design.
- Find a freelancer – There are plenty of good freelancers to be found online, and they’ll often charge considerably less than agencies.
- Plan out the content you need and add it yourself. Don’t let a designer get money for doing work that you can do. Uploading content is a big job, but most people can do it if there’s a user-friendly interface.
