Having one single email address is fine if you have a basic blog or brochure website, but if you’re running an ecommerce website then you may need to have a few for different purposes. You might want an email for general questions and another for FAQs, possibly one more for sales orders, another for technical help and perhaps a dedicated address for accounts information. Having separate emails for different purposes doesn’t just make your business look more professional from the outside looking in, it keeps your mail organised and it means as your business grows, certain individuals will be responsible for those email addresses. Emails are such a simple add on in many hosting plans but they shouldn’t go unnoticed. Make sure you decide on yours from the offset, you can then keep things nice and organised going forward.
